34. If the security is provided by the contractor for itself, the contractor must undertake to pay, up to the amount of security required, the principal, interest and costs awarded by a final judgment rendered against the contractor or agreed upon in an agreement or a transaction between the client and the contractor and settling a dispute arising from the compensation of a client who sustained a loss referred to in section 25. The undertaking must bind the directors, heirs and legal representatives of the contractor.

34.
